ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancelling is not the same as returning. Cancellation stops an order before it reaches you. Return is the right to withdraw within 14 days after you have received the product — that one is covered by the returns policy.

1. BEFORE PAYMENT

An unpaid order commits you to nothing. If you close the payment page or simply do not finish it, no amount is charged and nothing is shipped.

You will receive up to two email reminders, and if the order is still unpaid it closes on its own after 72 hours. Until then you can resume payment from the link in the reminder or from your order page — you do not have to rebuild the basket.

2. AFTER PAYMENT, BEFORE SHIPPING

You can request cancellation while the order is paid or being prepared, and it has not yet left. There are two ways:

• If you have an account: open the order in your account and press Request cancellation.
• If you ordered as a guest: write to [email protected] with the order number.

The request is recorded immediately and reaches us at once. It is a request, not an automatic cancellation: if the parcel has already been handed to the courier, it can no longer be stopped, and we will tell you so and treat it as a return instead.

3. AFTER SHIPPING

Once the parcel has left, the order can no longer be cancelled — but you lose nothing: the right of withdrawal takes over. You have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw without giving a reason. See the returns policy.

4. EBOOKS AND DIGITAL CONTENT

Ebooks are delivered immediately after payment, and only with your express prior consent, given at checkout, together with your acknowledgement that this consent forfeits the right of withdrawal. That is required by Romanian Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, art. 16 (m).

So a delivered ebook can no longer be cancelled or returned. If the file is broken, unreadable or not the one you bought, that is a conformity issue, not a withdrawal — write to us and we fix it.

5. REFUNDS

When a cancellation is accepted, the money is returned in full, including the delivery cost, using the same payment method you used. You are never charged a fee for the refund itself.

The refund is issued within 14 days of accepting the cancellation. From there it depends on your bank: the amount usually appears on the statement in 3–10 working days, a delay that belongs to the card issuer and which we cannot shorten.

You are notified by email when the order changes state, including on refund — the money does not simply reappear on your statement without a word from us.

6. CANCELLATION BY THE SELLER

Rarely, we may have to cancel an order ourselves — a title that turns out to be out of stock, an address the courier cannot serve, or a payment flagged by the anti-fraud system. In every such case you are told the reason and the full amount is refunded under the terms above.
