ALEXANDRU VLAD
SHORT BIO
Alexandru Vlad (b. 1991, Rupea) is a Romanian author, documentary filmmaker and educator based in Cluj-Napoca. He holds a PhD in Cinematography and Media from Babeș-Bolyai University, has received two UCIN awards and a Gopo Awards nomination for his documentaries, and teaches film to teenagers at the Children's Palace Cluj. His published work spans poetry and prose about memory, childhood, the sea, and the things that disappear.
